What is God's plan for me?

Do you think God couldn't stop Joseph from being sold to slaves or from going to jail? When God is the supreme and the most high and when he knew everything, then, why did he let Joseph, a good person, go through so much pain and suffering?!?
Joseph was away from his family for almost twenty years! He was treated as a slave for 13 years! His own brothers envied him and hated him since he was a little boy!
Joseph was betrayed by his own blood, he was hurt and he had lost everything but still he chose to believe in the most high! He was faithful to God!

What was God's plan? Why was he delaying so much? Why was Joseph suffering?

Well, God knew that Egypt and all the places surrounding it were going to be struck by a terrible famine for seven long years! And if Joseph was not hated by his brothers he wouldn't have been sold, if he wasn't sold as a salve, he wouldn't have reached Egypt , if he was not put into jail he wouldn't have met the Chief cup bearer , if Cup bearer had not mentioned him to the king , the king wouldn't have known Joseph!

Hence, when Joseph interpreted the king's dream, king was very pleased and made Joseph the chief in command! He was given the highest position after the king! Could anyone have imagined that? Even Joseph could have not dreamt!

All the pain and suffering he went through in life paid off ! Joseph not only became high command but he also saved so many lives through God's grace during the famine and above all he brought all glory to God.
But remember all through these painful years of journey, Joseph didn't give up on God! He was obedient, humble and honest !

Now Put yourself in Joseph's shoes! We get tired and angry on God for the little suffering we face in life! But remember God has a plan for you even before you were formed in your mother's womb! Our God is not an ordinary God! He is the alpha the omega, the supreme! Blessed are those who praise and worship God even when life is hard, faithful are those who trust in Lord even when life seems confusing and dull!

My friend, God surely has a plan for you! Don't give up on Jesus! Trust him! Remember every tear and every prayer shall be answered! Have faith, have trust in God alone! faith can do it! Amen

Many times we write for others to read. A few times we might even write for ourselves. This could be one of those. Take it to heart.

God's word is always a good place to start. It doesn't always have to be a whole story. Even a principle can be a start.

Keep allowing God's word to move and motivate.
