Stacy awoke to a gurgling sound. This was something new, something she had never heard before. She felt scared. She scanned her home, looking for anything out of place. There. What was it? Light.
What was this light? She wondered. She felt drawn to it. It called to her. Was it safe? It felt right, but this was new. Was she alive still? The questions plagued her mind. Excitement arose from the fear. The noise seemed to be getting louder. She knew she was alive. She knew everything was ok, but any change in her environment made her anxious.
A soft voice spoke to her I love you Stacy. Everything Is ok. Go to the light my child. Something new awaits you. Something I also created the same as I did you. The voice soothed her. Father she thought. She smiled and went to the light.
Her eyes only took seconds to adjust to the bright light as she exited her home. Something pulled her. At first she was scared, she couldn’t breathe panic took over she cried out. This sound was new to her. She felt something warm holding her now. Something was in her throat. She could breathe now. She surveyed her surroundings. What is this place? Men and women ran around one women was wiping her with a towel. Stop it! She cried out, but it wasn’t words which come out it was something like a scream, but not a scream. This was now how she would communicate at least for now, she understood. Stacy was placed in the arms of a woman. The woman pressed Stacy against her bosom. Stacy felt instantly calm. She experienced peace, not the same peace in her old home, but a new different peace. She knew everything was ok. She knew love and she felt it here. She knew this was now home.
