“I know my Son; I’ll miss you, too. But it is a job no one but You can do. I’ve tried everything else and as You know, everyone else has failed. You are the only one that can accomplish this life changing event. We made this plan together long before the establishment of the very place you are about to visit. Just remember, Son, it’s just a visit; I won’t leave You there. You’ll be back by my side and by that time You will have accomplished what no one else will ever be able to do.”
“Well Dad, I guess it’s time to go. I’ll do whatever You tell me and I’ll say what You tell me. Everyone will know that my Father sent me. I want to please You, Father.”
The Father hugged the Son and looked at Him with love and compassion in His eyes. He would miss His Son, but He knew for this short period of time, He had to let Him go….He had a job to do. There was a great adoption about to take place. Many children would come to this beautiful home He shared with His Son. The Father was so excited, yet He knew He was going to miss His Son, His beautiful Son, His only Son.
The Son hung on to His Father as long as He could. He knew He had to let go and leave His home, a home that was full of peace and joy. He would miss that, because He knew where He was going was just the opposite. His job was to bring peace and joy to this place called earth. A place that had once been full of the same peace and joy, but was now void of it. Their greatest creation, man, had given all that away and He had to go there to get it back, to restore what had been taken. It was going to be costly and He knew the price He was going to pay. But it had to be done, there was no other choice. In order for the plan to be complete He had to leave His home and His Father.
“Are you ready, My Son?”
“Yes, I am Dad. Actually, I’m excited because I know we’ll finally have the family we want so much.”
They exchanged one last hug and smiled knowingly in each other’s eyes.
“Bon Voyage My Son. I’ll be with You”
“Bon Voyage Father, see You soon”
The Father was pleased.
