I’ll admit it; I’m an American Idol fan. Something about the average Joe and Jane realizing their dream makes me tune in every week. That, and the auditions are pretty funny, too.

So, in honor of American Idol wrapping up another season (Congratulations, Lee!), I’ve decided to post this list of 10 songs for writers. Feel free to browse your CD cases or search your memory’s song title bank and add a few more to the list.

Oh, and because I’m not a thief and have to give credit where credit is due, I picked up this list from www.writerunboxed.com
