Praise God as he is worthy to be praise.
Jesus said Matthew 6:21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
It's a fact our heart is more on our earthly pocessions or treasure, but can we take this along with us when we depart.
You will not take your earthly possessions when you die.
Never miss an opportunity to Give; when prompted by the Spirit;for naked you came and never shall, u see a U-haul before a hearse!
A U-haul is a kind of trailer moving to store things that won't fit in their main vehicle you attach to a vehicle and tow it behind you.
The ancient Egyptians used to put various objects in the tomb along with the mummy, because they thought the person would need those things in the afterlife.
You can't take your Worldly possessions with you when you die.
The Scriptures say in Job 1:21 And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.
Holly wood actor Denzel Washington says about What God has given him, the Wealth, you cannot take it with you.
You have but how you use it to help others because we cannot take our wealth with us when we die and, he added, “ you'll never see a U-Haul behind a hearse.”.
It's a true fact that naked we came and naked we depart, we won't take anything with us.
Bible says What are our life. It's like a grass Psalms 103:15-16 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
For the wind passeth over it and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
The 1 Timothy 6:7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
We are like Foreigners in this world for a limited time we traveled the years of our lives collecting those things which matter according to this world but not there where we returned back.
We say I have built this and that, I have made this much of money and wealth, to whom we are preparing or collecting these worldy things.
For our children, if for our children then we need to go back in the history and compare yourself, does your father or forefathers or their forefathers does had anything which you think is gone with them.
Neither their wealth nor their property.
I remember that somebody told me about King Alexander, he had three last wishes which was On his death bed, Alexander summoned his generals and told them his three ultimate wishes:
1.The best doctors should carry his coffin.
2.The wealth he has accumulated (money, gold, precious stones) should be scattered along the procession to the cemetery.
3.His hands should be let loose, hanging outside the coffin for all to see.
One of his generals who was surprised by these unusual requests asked Alexander to explain.
Here is what Alexander The Great had to say:
1. I want the best doctors to carry my coffin to demonstrate that, in the face of death, even the best doctors in the world have no power to heal.
2. I want the road to be covered with my treasure so that everybody sees that material wealth acquired on earth, stays on earth.
3. I want my hands to swing in the wind, so that people understand that we come to this world empty handed and we leave this world empty handed after the most precious treasure of all is exhausted.
We can produce more wealth, but we cannot produce more time. When we give someone our time, we actually give a portion of our life that we will never take back.
It's not just only one example the history is filled with these kind of things.
And today when the scenario of the world has changed, there is No kingship, but after getting wealth, we started thinking ourselves as kings that this wealth belong to us and will remain with us.
Jesus told a parable to the people about a rich man who had plentiful possessions. Luke 12:19-20 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
How unfortunate we are if we think like that nobody knows what happened with his possessions or wealth when he died.Who will enjoy it the wise or the fool.
We traveled or visiting to the historical places where we see the Kings places, their belongings, for this empire they have made effort, killed so many people, had they took this along with them.We traveled or visiting to the historical places where we see the Kings places, their belongings, for this empire they have made effort, killed so many people, had they took this along with them.
King Solomon the Great King who was wealthy with all kind of things but he asked God to give him wisdom and knowledge so that he understands the Gifts of God.
But today people pray to God for Prosperity, Wealth, Health, Property and money Good Job, nobody asked for wisdom and knowledge.
King Solomon said in Ecclesiasts 11:9 Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment.
We are entitled to absolutely nothing, but often blessings change our heart. We become proud and we want more.
And that more we want for ourselves only, why we are not satisfied with the things which God has given us and if he has given us more we don't want give or share with the needy.
Remember the words Jesus spoken to the young man who was rich and wealthy.
Matthew 19:21, Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.(Matthew 19:16-23).
But after hearing these words that rich young man was sad and walked away.
Yes, we want to have great possessions, but we don't want to give even a small thing from it, from deep inside us the fact we all know that we cannot take it with us, but never agreed on it, moreover this thought of our overpowered the truth we can not take it with us when we die.
We understand it only when we love and fear to God and untill we Surrender ourself and repent for our sins.
The time we do this God gives us anointing of holy spirit and the gifts of Holy Spirit.
While I was reading Genesis 32 I read how Jacob prayed to God about how unworthy he is, Genesis 32:10 I am not worthy of the least of all the mercies, and of all the truth, which thou hast shewed unto thy servant; for with my staff I passed over this Jordan; and now I am become two bands.
Yes with all the mercies of we are not worthy, because we are not satisfied what we have, we rather busy calculatingly our minds how and from where we can get more, it doesn't matter if the way is wrong.
So whatever God has Given you when you get the opportunity to give don't say that because we cannot take our wealth or worldy possessions with us when we die we'll never see a U-Haul behind a hearse.”
Jesus said collects your treasure in heaven not on Earth,Matthew 6:19-20 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
“Treasures in heaven” are things of worth in God’s coming to the kingdom, such as justice, opportunity for everyone to be productive, provision for everyone’s needs, and respect for the dignity of every person.
We would do better to invest our money in activities that help the needy and transform the world, rather than investing in our earthly possessions that accumulated in surplus.
How can we to differentiate the line between appropriate and inappropriate attention and wealth? Jesus answers, “Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
