Devotionals
Often God leaves us alone, yet keeps an eye upon us, probably only to let us know that we really need Him every time and to renew our faith and trust in Him.
'for they all saw Him and were troubled. But immediately He talked with them and said to them, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.”
Mark 6:50 (NKJV)
The disciples of the Lord were expert in their skills of boating, and probably had handled strong winds skillfully in the past, however today the scenario was different, while struggling at the oars, they were being carefully watched, by the devil who was trying to drown them and also by the Lord Who wanted to save them.
Jesus came unto them walking over the waters and when He came into the boat the wind stopped.
Dear One!!! Our strength may fail us, however the Lord will never let us down.
The devil may try with all his strength to harm us, yet He Who is with us is greater than he who is in the world.
What God wants from us is to be of good cheer as we let Him step into the boat of our life and let Him calm all the storms of our life and set us in perfect peace.
