This is charming. It made me smile. Oh I remember having to write in school, though sometimes it was on the chalkboard not on paper. You did a great job.

Delightful read! I can see this coming, too. When years ago a seven-year-old friend of my young nephew stood right by their old, black rotary-dial phone and asked where he could find a phone to call home, we were shocked. Now, however, my six-year-old great-niece (daughter of my nephew) has no idea that there are phones that don't fit in one's pocket! Yup, the times, they are a changin'. Your article has perfect timing and prophetic... maybe? Nice job.
This was funny, an enjoyable read. but it's not just boys. I have heart-tightening memories of the times I had to write 500 times things like "I will listen in class" (I tended -- still do -- to have my head in the clouds).

Great stuff here!
Unique and fun...and sadly, possibly a prediction of what's to come. As is, pen and paper is fast becoming a lost art!

God bless~
HA! so true. loved it.
Congratulations for ranking 24 overall! Happy Dance!
