I almost skipped this entry because of the title. I knew it would be a tearjerker!

I'm glad I read it because I have a soft spot for white doves. We had one named Snowflake that we rescued after she was shot in the head by a beebee gun. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to the beautiful coo of a dove. We had Snowflake for years before she died one day, cradled in the palms of my hands. Great, now I'm crying. Ugh.

Anyway, I loved this entry. Gorgeous imagery of the dove among the horses. Beautiful writing.

God bless, Teri

This was a very enjoyable entry to read. Love the descriptions of the dove flying in and out of the horse's legs. Wonderful...

The description her is stunning--magically lyrical. And I loved the gem of truth at the end.
