If you ever think about taking a pinou crested whippet in your pocket to church, well, think again! These long, lime green creatures are very silly. Mine jumped out of my pocket and walked right up the middle aisle, proudly wearing a tiny plastic cup on his head. Nobody saw him but me. I giggled so much that mommy got upset. If your pinou crested whippet asks you to take him to church, just say no!
If you ever consider getting a teleporting interupticus, don’t! Mine gets me into a lot of trouble. This crazy little blue hairball tugs on mommy’s pants while she is on the phone. She covers the phone with her hand, looks at ME and says, “STOP INTERRUPTING!” I’m just letting you know.
Now, a Napbegone is a delightful creature to have. He’s round and soft with silky yellow hair that you can comb. He comes in handy when mommy tells me to take a nap. He’s quite entertaining! He crawls under my pillow, then sticks his head out and says, “Boo!” Remember, though, your mommy will not care for the Napbegone like you do. I thought you should know.
A polka-dot bazzingle will bring you some trouble. He’s brown and flat. He looks like a piece of toast…..with heart shaped holes. He loves to play with Play-Doh. Flatten it and ask him to jump onto it. He will! He will make the cutest design. However, when you put the Play-Doh away, he always ends up in the can. When he pushes his way out, the lid pops off and you’ll get in trouble for drying out the Play-Doh. Be aware of the polka-dot bazzingle. I ought to know!
The flying fleffersnoodle is really a wonderful friend. He looks just like a fleck of black pepper, only with itty bitty wings. He would be one of mommy’s favorites, if she could ever see him, because he helps me eat my food. He is tiny but has very big feet! He will jump from pea to pea as I try to catch him with my spoon and gobble him up. The fleffersnoodle is much too quick to ever be caught, but he laughs as I chase him…and so do I!
The other night, after mommy and I said prayers, she tucked me into bed and said, "Did you know that 'no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him?"* I looked at all of my tiny friends, winking at me as they dangled their feet from my headboard and said, “I think I can!”
