This brought tears to my eyes. What a tender story about the pressures of ministry. Thanks!

Pk's and Mk's never signed on for the job that they are expected to do. How very wise of this pastor to extend his own calling to his family. Well done.

I love the voice in this - how it seems to "get older" as the character does - that is amazingly done. This is such a message as well, so expertly communicated.
I agree---this shows
Godly wisdom on the pastor's part to include his family...My all-time favorite TV show is "7th Heaven"...well-done!
Love your message in this piece, how the pastor recognizes that the call on his life is also a call to his family. When we include our children in the right of their own personhood, not expecting them just to be extensions of ourselves, it can change their perspective. Good work! Blessings, Cheri

Very well done and food for thought. I loved the way this character grew with the story. Thanks for sharing this
As a PK this really spoke to me. Most people have no clue what PK's go through. Many times people see rebellious kids, but what they don't ever see is the anger and hurt behind the mask of rebellion. This is a great and insightful story.
