complained my young friend
coworkers backbite and gossip
making the place so hostile and toxic
Incompetent leadership
renders the team in-cohesive
and in-cooperative
The atmosphere oppresses
and the environment suffocates
My disillusioned friend can hardly breathe
there’s a warfare waging
from another realm, I discern
The forces are making them
work against you,I suggest
Remember, Our God reigns
not just outside
but deep inside your soul
When you reject anger and bitterness
and embrace the fruits of the Spirit
God’s values and purpose prevail
When your spirit is wounded
go to the Cross
for healing and cleansing
Take captive of every thought
and surrender to the Lord
Arise, and lift up your hands
to the Lord
like Moses did
against your Amalekites
of discouragement and despair
Rise up and fought the forces
with new strength, zeal of worship
and a fresh vision.
