It left me quite suddenly and out my brain did seep
I knew what I was looking for down on bended knees
Went out the door, got in the car, while inside were my keys
Got from my desk, walked down the hall, important was the task
When I got there t’was my despair forgot what I should ask
Into the store I rush to go to get just five things needed
Came home with seven, missing two, but almost succeeded
Too many thoughts crowd my thinking; in a daze I go
So I zig-zag as I walk I’m sure that it must show
I thought a thought, but it escaped my thinking and I knew
That this might be another day of walking off eschew
So when you see me passing by in deepest meditation
You’ll never know I’m out about seeking concentration!
