In an hour much too late
Is given more to contemplate
JUST SAY YES.
And when all possibility
Is more than you may ever see
As unpredictable as it may be
STILL THE ANSWER, YES.
Do not rely on intellect
Whether to or not neglect
Or loiter whilst you reflect
TO THE ANSWER YES!
Or whilst you might delay
On your pillow thoughts did play
God’s plan went in disarray
WAITING FOR A YES!
God’s only answer to require
In a time of awesome dire
For all of those who might expire
IS SIMPLY TO SAY YES!
It takes too much of our time
To ponder, sit and to pine
Whilst we wait, we decline
TO ANSWER WITH A YES!
Pick your mind up from defeat
Put on Christ to be complete
Weakness faced without retreat
VICTORY’S ANSWER, YES!
No exertion to be done
For a battle simply won
Just as Jesus God’s Dear Son
ONLY ANSWERED YES!
Else to take the time to weep
Doubt and fear will doubly creep
In depression you will sleep
WITH NO ONE TO SAY, YES!
