I enjoyed this story. A beautiful portrayal of a woman's transition from tension into peace. I especially enjoyed the individual descriptions of Maryn's colorful fellow congregants--and how they come to life for her later on during the service and touch her own life. I could just see them and feel with the main character!

The title of this also drew me in, as the use of a personal name always sparks my curiosity. Great job!
I loved your story and promptly thought of someone I knew who was feeling the same way as Maryn. Surrendered is the best way to go....thank you.

This was very good. I'm sure we can all see ourselves in Maryn sometime in our life. I love that she went to the altar to pray. Nice ending...
