Wow!!!! I have goosebumps running up and down my back. Your author's note was the perfect ending. I was cynically thinking that it was a great fairy tale love story, too good to be true but sweet nonetheless, when your note stopped me in my tracks. I was reminded of how God is in the business of fairy tale endings, and if we will let Him move in our lives, we can all experience fairy tales of our own. I am a bit ashamed to admit my first response, BUT it shows what a good piece of writing this is. Great job, and thanks for sharing. Blessings, Cheri
I loved this unusual, but delightful story. Isn't it intereting how God gets our attention!
Wonderful story, I loved it. God definately has His own way of getting things done. :)

Well the title says it all! I agree, the author's note was the icing on the cake. Great job.
While retching isn't normally romantic, it has its purpose here. ;0)
I love the fact that this is a ture story. It's well written, and entertaining. too.
Love sick indeed! This is great! I loved it from beginning to end and was so glad that Charlie and Kathy were 'together' after all. The author's note at the end was icing on the cake. Great writing here! ^_^

Great story, well told. I like the trust in God that was demonstrated by the pastor - a subtle but strong message.

One of the best hooks ever!
Oh, my. What a dilemma! By your footnote, I can tell it all worked out. I would like to hear what happened next.

What a intriguing way to begin a romance story! :) I was so surprised to find that this really happened to your former pastor and his wife! I wonder how Kathy's fiance took the demise of his upcoming wedding plans?? I feel sorry for him but happy that Charlie and Kathy's marriage has been a good one!
