I liked the repeated lines about when I toiled or when I ignored the garden, He was there. I'm so glad the gardening of my soul doesn't depend only on my talents and discipline - I'd be in big trouble. He's still working on us. Good writing.

Very nice! Cleverly constructed using the acronym for Gardens and the repeated use of the last line alternating the use of "toiled" and "ignored" showing the frenzy of a busy life. Nicely done! :)

In Colorado, where I live, your garden would have died when neglected. Oh, how nice it must be to have a rose bush thrive like a wildflower! But good writing;I enjoyed this piece.
Very creative with spelling out the word garden in your paragraphs' first letters. I'd suggest adding an extra space before each of the repetitive lines so they stand out more.

Very good way to describe a busy and 'fraught' life. How much we need to make time to 'be'. Yet it is good to be reminded that God continues to nurture us even in the midst of our busyness. Nicely done, yeggy
