clear blue waters
quiet, glass like
never dream of
storm clouds, wind loud
turning, churning
sinking down
deep
down deep

to the deep end

the call comes to all
sometime, real time
no one is untouched
unscathed, escaped
just when it looks clear
waves rise, sky high
around, surround
pulling down
deep

to the deep end

all dark, pressure thick
no light, no sight
black inky waters
silent, grave like
no current flows
doldrums, ho-hums
noiseless, soundless
sucking down
deep
down deep

to the deep end

To the deep end

fathomless deep
contains Light, Life
a Voice …

Sink into My arms
Everlasting, Never Failing
As sure as the sunrise
Faithful, Loyal
True Life, True Light
Shining down
