Breathe in opinions reflecting the day
Believe the experts and buy all they say
Breathe out the mantras to family and friends
Spread the drug wide and fog up the end
Absorb neo thought through sound and sight
Swim in the stream of pomposity trite
Absorb all mindsets whether gloomy or bright
Sweeps you unknowingly into the night
Release all the poison into the air
Spread the myth of Vanity Fair
Or breathe in the order of time and space
Consider the lilies clothed in lace
Breathe in the truth of the Word of grace
Mercy bestowed on the human race
Breathe out blessing and prayers on others
Weep and rejoice with one another
Inhale the joy of gentle true Love
Experience temperance bestowed from above
Inhale patience and peace from the Dove
Celebrate kindness justice and love
Exhale forgiveness and fill up the hollow
Exhale goodness and faithfully follow
