He stretches forth the awkward foot
Over the inscrutable waters
Its silvery surface binding thoughts within
Flowing, unyielding to the wooing feeble winds
He sees the shadows with firm hands
Pressed in their mystic might on the borders
Waning thoughts causes the mind to fray
And the opaque cold fingers permeate broken walls

The flame has stirred in your eyes
And the blood has gathered around the temples
Pounding in fury for the fertile field
A stretch of broken earth sodden in dew.
The gaze of the season, its tide
Dares the seeds to descend
Dares the hand to shape the mould
Dares the beating heart to utter speech.

When silvery surface reflect the clouds
When alien shadows precede the hand
And all thoughts yield, broken to cold stares
Then visions harden like ice
And tied gifts births gangrene
Pouring miseries and sorrows like brine
Through enlarged pores, a poignant stench
A societal stigma, a spectre of perforated laws
That closes divine doors
And hollowed broken vessels
Descend into dark salty mist
Unstirred, echoing in death
And here on walls, on roofs
Fungus breeds, it breeds in alacrity
The seeds of the victor
With roots imbedded in rich minds
