Hope deferred makes the heart sick. But desire fulfilled is a tree of life. (Proverbs 13:12). Have you lost any hope recently and is making your heart sick? Who do you turn to when such a situation happen?
The greatest gift that one can possess is the gift of life that Jesus freely paid for on Calvary cross. If we have a relationship with God we have life. The greatest joy is to know that we are loved by God. The greatest sorrow is when we sin. Our creator God is the source of life. If we have God we have everything.
What is the one thing that you live for? To me it is intimacy with God. Without God’s presence everyday, we live in vain. Our heavenly Father knows every of our need, and He wants to bless us daily. However, God will never force His way against us, but He leads gently and lovingly towards all our circumstances. We have a loving Father.
When you feel blue to the face, what do you do? Do you fret, complain or criticise? What is the one hope and aim that you strive for when we know that God has called us to excellency? Never mind about the Monday’s blue, but you stick your neck out and fix and focus your eyes on Jesus.
Having a positive attitude half conquers our battle. It is in the position of confidence that we win. In every situation we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. (Romans 8:37). Christ rules and reigns with us. With Him we have everything. We are rich and join heirs with Christ.
Our citizenship is in heaven. We belong to Christ and no circumstances can cause us to be blue. We overwhelmingly conquer with Him and shall reign with Him too. We are His greatest treasure.
When you feel blue, down and out, know firstly who you are in Christ. Do not allow the devil to taut you with what God has given to you. He has given us joy and peace and we will not allow Satan to rob us of our full inheritance in Christ. We are God’s best friend.

Nice sermon though. Didn't really speak to me, but that doesn't mean it didn't hit the mark with someone else. Thanks for sharing.
