The first pair can refer to our trust or faith in God. A strong acid or base is defined as its components completely breaking apart when dissolved into solution. If we give God full reign in our lives, we completely break apart from the worldly controls and are free for Him have a deeper, stronger relationship with us. Weak acids or bases, on the other hand, do not completely dissociate, or break apart. They prefer to hold tight much as we do when we choose not to let go of earthly desires. We give only a part of ourselves to God and thus form a weak relationship with Him.
The second pair of words refers to the amount of something that is dissolved into solution. A concentrated solution has a large amount of a particular substance present and usually must have water added in order for it to be used more effectively. For example, we buy floor cleaner but must add water to it before mopping our floors. Otherwise a sticky residue is left behind and the floor is still not clean. Some fruit juices can also be purchased as concentrates. The flavors are much too strong to truly be enjoyed and therefore must also have water added to them so they can be consumed. Chemists take acids, bases, and other stock solutions with high molarities and add water to them in order to produce more usable mixtures.
In much the same way, we are concentrated with the things of this world. We surround ourselves with them and sometimes block God out with our wrongful thinking that these things are more important. The baptism process allows us to have the Holy water added to us to dilute us and make us more receptive to God and His ways. It does not matter if we are sprinkled or dunked, we are still diluted by this process. But even as solutions can have more compound added to them, we can also backslide and reclaim things of this world and thus become more concentrated again. We must constantly be aware of forces trying to add more to us and therefore allowing less room for the presence of God. Or once we are diluted, we can become more concentrated with the goodness of God. The choice remains ours. So how is your molarity? And are you weak or strong in the presence of God?

Also, I had difficulty seeing "baptism" as a "diluting". To me baptism is a symbolic representation of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Sins are not "diluted", they are completely removed. :)
Your unique perspective and creative examples were well thought, this last part was just difficult for me. :)
