The kind of things that people should say in a relationship is that 'I like that coat are you are wearing or "I like those shoes that are wearing."
Sometimes people don't like to be called that they are handsome or that they are pretty. Sometimes finding the right words is a good thing. For instance, a boss might say to their employee that he or she is a good worker which is what usually employees like to say.
Some people like to hear encouraging words like "God loves you." Some people may not believe the God exists. Most like to hear that they are friendly or that they have a good personality.
Some people like hear positive feedback like they are a student or a good person to get along with. We should not say to a person like, "you don't fit in our group," or that we only invite certain types people to our party." We all need to hear positive words or results in our lives like Jesus gave us positive words in our lives to look forward to.

Since you didn't use your allotted 750 words for this entry, you could have expanded this. I'd have liked to see an example of an actual circumstance where you received the words you needed--or perhaps a time when you needed kind words and did not receive them. This could be written as a conversation, and would be likely to drawn in the reader.
Thank you for encouraging us to use our words to build people up.
Blessings~
