Topic: HEALTH (10/13/16)
Living a healthy life style is important to me. I often wake up with anxiety when something happens. For example just recently my son was in a hit by a drunk driver so it wasn't my son's fault. I am glad that he was not hurt, but the drunk driver was sent to prison by the police after they received my son's report. It was "Homecoming" weekend for the university students, and a lot them attend to do crazy things such as drink in the street or while they drive.

Anxiety is not good for my health, and I am taking medication for it. The medication does not take away all the anxiety, and the depression that feel. The SUV that was struck is totaled, and I am not sure if I would be able to get another car through my insurance company so I have leave it with God. I think it was His way of saying that I shouldn't the SUV anymore because there was already a lot of wear and tear on it. Over the four that I had the vehicle, I had spent over a 1000 dollars for repairs.

I try to live a healthy life style by going swimming, and attending "Freedom Session" meetings at church. A lot of those who attend that meeting have experienced abuse, alcohol, and suicide. I used to drink, and I also had suicidal thoughts when I was in my late teens, and in my early twenties because I felt that my life was bleak with nothing to look forward to but work, and bills. I took courses at a local college in writing, drawing, and computers. I liked getting out, and learning new things so I thought that I would stick with writing, and get back into drawing again.

I have to keep on striving with whatever I do, and be positive which is the only way for me to live a healthy life style. I don't like being put down by my husband or my daughter, so I have to stick up for myself.

When we are doing something that is good to do and we feel it is the right thing to do; we can be confident it is what God wants us to do.

Keep writing. The more we write the better we become.

While proof reading slowing read each word by moving your finger under each word to make sure it is really there. Sometimes we want a word there but we say it but don't type it.
