Topic: The Manuscript (04/29/10)
Is GOD telling me something

A friend told me he was thinking about buying a motorcycle. He then told me he has seen a motorcycle accident yesterday and another one today. He asked me if I thought GOD was trying to tell him something.
After a quick prayer, asking GOD what He would have me say to my friend. I asked my friend if he had ever heard from GOD. My friend responded that he had heard from GOD. I asked my friend if he was sure he had heard from GOD or was there some doubt that it was GOD.
My friend said that he knew it was GOD speaking to him. I reminded my friend that GOD gave Noah very specific directions on how to build the ark. Also GOD gave Moses very specific directions on how to build the tabernacle.
I suggested to my friend that if GOD wanted to tell him something, that GOD had the ability to express Himself in a manner that there would be no doubt that it was GOD’s communication.
This is “The Manuscript” that I am entering in the weekly writing challenge.

I understand that the use of capitals was deliberate, but think that it was distracting me from your message as it is considered shouting in this information age. Perhaps italics? would have made the same point but in a more integrated fashion. I'm glad your friend is open to talking about God. God bless you.
