Why the color green? Why not something beautiful and pristine?
Why not the color red? Red signifies danger, telling you “Do not touch!”
Red is not my favorite color, being too bright and such.
Red is extremely important, saving countless lives,
For idiots like us, that assume we can drive.
How about yellow? Yellow signifies a cheerful heart.
Considering the majority despises mornings, I’ll skip to the next part.
Pink is not prissy, it takes a real man to wear pink.
It takes guts and attitude, not caring what people think.
Green is just hideous, usually signifying death.
Mucus membranes caught in your throat, resulting in bad breath.
Leaving your food out for several days, shouldn’t it be placed in the trash?
The color changes dramatically, moldy green to be exact.
Seriously, green is unattractive, repulsive and horrendous.
Like wearing the color of vomit on your new spring dress.
Where on earth did the term “God’s green earth” arise?
Last I checked the earth was blue, lest there be issues with my eyes.
I understand that green is commonly the color of a tree.
I accept this as God’s work, no arguing from yours truly.
Green is primary, but why? It just creates repugnant blends.
Merging with red creates poop brown, a smell that never ends.
Imagine a green sunset, hard to think about right?
If this were the case, God please take away my sight.
I imagine Hell being the color green, a perfect match by far.
Where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth, green is up to par.
Anyone remember green ketchup? I tried some with my fries.
The sight of it was repulsive, brilliant marketing Heinz.
I take delight in slaughtering the color that is green.
Of course I am just being facetious so my article will be seen.

In general, try not to write about the "challenge topic" in your challenge article.... If you were to share the story outside of FW, people would have a hard time understanding.
I must admit, I was wondering about this one, until I got to the end. Good job. :)
