When you hear the phone ring
Before you ever answer
You know the news it will bring
Starting your day early
It will be gloomy at best
You have to make arrangements
To lay them to rest.
Doubts and questions plague you
What if’s and how comes
What more could you do
When from your witnessing they would run
Week after week you shared the good news
Time after time your invitations were refused
When talking of God, you became so bold
What didn’t they get of the things you told?
They were always to busy
Something else they would choose
They never fully realized
How much they had to lose.
Now it’s too late and nothing more
Can you do
You did the best you could,
Didn’t you?
Did you show them with your actions
How a Christian is to live?
Did you show them in your daily walk
Or did they think you were all talk?

I didn't really see the topic here, and I caught one "to" that should be "too".
We should carry this poem in our hearts!
