It takes talent and a brave purpose to write from a historical perspective in a different culture.

This captured my imagination, and flowed nicely to the end.

We need this kind of writing that leaves us to marvel at the providence of God in a fallen world.

I so admire anyone who feels the call to missions!

Take a look at the high percentage of sentences that begin with either "Rosemary" or "she". For great variety, find ways to begin sentences in other ways.

I liked the mother's contribution at the end!

Hi, Mom, I really like your take on the topic! I like how you integrated background information through dialogue. In some parts the story line was a bit difficult for me to follow. Overall, I enjoyed your article, with its thrust that reflects some of our family ideals (grin), as well as the culture of another country. Thanks for writing it!
