When you are lucky enough to have parents that are bound together by true love in your lives, the childhood my sister and I had was one of the luckiest in the world. As we grew up and become parents ourselves we experienced a different side of our parents, one of love and a care free world with their Grandchildren.

Now as I look back at the years since my parents have passed the fear and anxiety that I felt is something so powerful that engulfs your life until you get the help you need to sort out your feelings. Sometimes after loss you forget yourself and think people will always be there, forgetting, that they are always there in your heart and you can always talk too them.

People often experience these feeling after loss, looking at themselves in different ways producing fear and anxiety in their minds. To me, I took a long time to understand these feelings and often went into a state of nervousness.

Now I look at life with the anticipation that I can jump any hurdle in life with the strength of Hercules. Knowing that both my parents are looking down, giving me strength each day.
