I especially liked the second paragraph--I've had the exact same experience.

Be careful using exclamation points; they're rarely necessary, and it's like bopping your readers over the head. Use strong nouns and verbs instead to indicate strong emotion.

This has good voice, and was enjoyable to read.
Memories, memories. What a good accounting of bad experiences.
I can do relate. We had an over aggressive choir director once. Loved the story, good writing.
(that's suppose to be the word too not do) sorry--wish we had spell check on reviews!
