I ponder the vision of my Heavenly Father, and where His wisdom came from. The manifestation of a baby boy brought forth into this world as the Savior who would save mankind, is more than I can comprehend but I know mankind cannot save itself from sin and from sin’s consequences. The Father’s foresight and His higher power are beyond my human reasoning.
Years before this conception and holy birth happened on earth, the Father’s revelation was handed down by the prophet Isaiah. He sent angels to explain to Joseph and Mary the significance of this supernatural event. They accepted and believed the angel’s stories.
I believe the Father knew the future parents would react exactly as they did. Their anticipation grew with excitement as the birthday of Jesus neared. Their insight for humanity and for humanities’ future was celebrated in praises on the special night. Even the animals sensed the stars shining bright.
As the angel explained to Joseph, Mary’s conception was by the Holy Spirit and the baby would be her first born son, this gives me proof Jesus was God and Jesus was human. Salvation is for all who believe in Him. He is my heavenly King, and He was my earthly king. His vision brought forth knowledge who would receive Him and who would reject Him.
In the book of Holy pages, the living word of God, I find He is all knowing and sovereign. He is everywhere and He is everything. He is all powerful and preeminent. He is the Ancient one, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, and the great I Am.
What a vision! What a holy, humble vision. For the One who knows all, it was a day at the office.
