Being in the company of believers that think and act in a way that is pleasing to Yah(God) is essential for the growth and survival of the Ministry. When people are caring and concerned about doing Yah's (God)will and about the Church and each other it will help the ministry to flourish.

The Almighty Yah (God) have given us spiritual gifts for the perfecting work of the people. Ephesians 4:11-12 says verse 11.) "And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors, and teachers; verse 12.) For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of The Messiah (Christ). KJV.

All of the gifts are not given to just one person, they are spread out. One person may be a pastor to preach the word of Yah (God) to the church and to help lead and guide them in the right way. Some may be a prophet that The Almighty Yah (God)gives a message to give to the people to help encourage them. Some may be an evangelists to travel and preach the gospel and draw souls unto the kingdom. There may be teachers that teach the word of Yah (God) durning bible study so others and gain knowledge about the word of Yah. Some may be an usher at the door to greet and seat the people as they come in. Whatever your calling, do it heartily unto Yah and with a cheerful heart. Also delight in it. This is well pleasing to Yah. (God).

Psalm 133:1 says: "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for breathen to dwell together in unity!". KJV. When you have a unified body of believers that works and fellowships together, you have strength. With this strength you can tear down strongholds and people can be delivered and set free. Yah's (God's) Spirit can flow freely and drive the evil one away.

Philippians 2:1-5 says: verse 1.) "If there be therefore any consolation in The Messiah (Christ), if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, verse 2.) Fulfill ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. verse 3.) Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowiness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. verse 4.) Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. verse 5.) Let this mind be in you, which was also in The Messiah
(Christ Jesus). KJV.

We should have consolation to encourage one another, comfort of love to comfort each other with the love of The Messiah in difficult times. Fellowship of The Spirit by sharing the gifts of The Holy Spirit ex: (ministry, help and values etc). We should have bowels by showing affection and mercy is showing sympathy.

When you start to form the body of The Messiah (Christ), first you come together in the beginning for the ministry. Then you have to work at it to keep it in progress. You do this be fasting, praying and working in your calling diligently. By doing all of this it will turn out to be a success.
