The Seeker
Homosapiens of America,I'm seeking those like myself. The color of your skin does not matter. Age, weight, and height do not matter. Nor does your nationality.
My name is Jester. A nickname given to me affectionately by a friend. I don't work for a king. I don't get payment for bringing smiles and laughter into the lives of family members, friends, co-workers, and some time with strangers.
I do silly acts without realizing it. It seems to be part of my being. Do I consider it a plague, no. God knew everything about me before I was born. I figure He wants me to bring laughter and smiles into peoples lives as well as my own. Fortunately I can laugh at my silly antics. I thank God for that. I do think I'm not the only person the Lord put on earth with this trait. Hence my reason for seeking those like me.
Have you ever stepped on your own foot? I did stepping off a step-ladder. Or perhaps you have turned in a pair of eyeglasses at a local store's lost and found department, only to discover later they were your own.
Please send replies to jester ikidyounot.com.
Dear Mary,I came across this flier at my local library. I think you and I should reply to Jester. Love/B
