Having read your article, I'm not sure I understand whether you have concluded that the person you wrote about (Jim) is wrong or not. It does seem a bit presumptive to convey the opinion that because the individual addressed a concern in his life (perhaps not in a manner you or I would have addressed it) he is wrong.
Furthermore, if I (or anyone else) has to fret that our weaknesses (sins) that God is working on (as in "All things work together for good..." puts our salvation in jeopardy, that is more than questionable relative to the understanding I have of the word of God.
Finally, you reference early in your article the "Fruits" of the Spirit. That is inaccurate - the word is not plural - it is "Fruit of the Spirit".
