Encouragement
Beloved members of the Body of Christ, For the Glory of our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus I am sharing with you the revelations that the Lord our God brought through His Holy Spirit on 09/03/2007 while I was spending time with the Lord while I was reading the word of God from the Gospel of Like. I am sharing the same with you because I feel an inner urge to share His revelations with you; for through this revelations God wants to minister His people they that are waiting upon the Lord God Almighty. I pray to the Lord God our Father in the Heaven that through His revealed word, many shall be ministered and as I am encouraged through His word, many of you also will be strengthened and encouraged by the Word of God.
The following are the life-lessons that Lord enlightened to me from the Chapter 16, Verse 19-31 of Gospel of Luke: -
1)Riches of this life cannot make us truly rich for the eternal life. Jesus has said, “A man’s life is not in the abundance of his possessions”. In Revelations 3 Jesus says; you say, “ I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.”
2)Worldly garments cover our Physical Nakedness but Godly garments covers our Spiritual Nakedness. In Revelation 3 Jesus says, “I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire; so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see.”
3)In the Kingdom of God no one is poor or rich all are equal. In Revelation 7, John describes, “ After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.” Jesus has said in Revelations 22:12-13, “Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he had done. I am the alpha and the omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”
4)Death is inevitable, rich and poor both have to die- the life we live upon this earth decides where we are going to spend our eternity. In Hebrews 9 it is written, “ Everyone must die once, and after that he be judged by God.” Just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, an in this way death came to all men, because all have sinned and fallen short of glory of God. So also God has revealed the way of righteousness through His Son Christ Jesus, who died on the cross of Calvary for the forgiveness of our Sins and remission of our souls. Bible says that Israelites had the law and heard the Gospel, yet it did no good to them who did not believed the message of salvation, like wise the Bible says that, “Be careful that no one among you has a heart so evil and unbelieving that he will turn away from the living God.”
5)Our decisions and actions both play a vital role for where we are going to settle for eternity i.e.: - Heaven or Hell. Jesus Christ has said that, “ Not everyone who calls me ‘Lord, Lord’ will enter the Kingdom of heaven, but only those who do what my Father in the Heavens wants them to do”. For God seeks obedience and not the works which we consider them righteous in our own sight.
6)Pain, suffering, torment and other bad things are weeds of Hell while Peace, Joy, Love, fellowship, worship and other good things are fruits of Heaven.
7)Ears that hear and eyes that see both are made by the Lord; yet we refuse to hear and see what the Lord has revealed to us: He has shown us his Love by sending and sacrificing his one and only begotten Son Christ Jesus as a propitiation of our Sins.
8)Heaven & Hell are real and both exists; One promises blessing, comfort and Eternal Life with God the creator – the other reveals pain, sufferings, discomfort and an everlasting separation from God Almighty.
Dear Friends I hope and pray in Christ Jesus that this article will surely help the believers to get encouraged and help them to walk in the plans and purposes of the Lord Our God, who loves us and cares for us, He shall never leave us neither He shall forsake us, for He who has called us is faithful and Just. May God bless all of us!!
