Poetry
He is faithful who promised
He is faithful who died
He will do as He said
For He cannot lie.
His word is yea and amen
It cannot return to Him void
It must accomplish His divine purpose
For He is God, He is Lord
He is faithful and just
To forgive us our sins
But will make a way to escape
Any temptation we’re in.
He abideth faithful
Himself He cannot deny
Remember He is not a man
that He should lie.
He is Faithful that calleth
Fear not, He’ll come through
He will complete that work
Which He started in you.
