People
Associate yourself with people of good quality for it is better to be alone than in bad company -Booker T Washington_quote
When you are destined for purpose in life and you strive to make a mark on it's fine sand, unavoidable; you'll magnetize:
DELILAHS…name means “delicate”
Delilah is recorded in the Bible as the heartless wrecker of a mighty man she used her feminine wiles to lure Samson to his physical and eventual spiritual destruction, She stands out as one of the lowest, meanest women of the Bible—the female version of Judas.
Samson’s story of betrayal, fall, bondage and death is one of the most explicit verses in the Bible. The two were a total contradiction in their background, mentality and upbringing. Depicting many marital relationships in modern day world! \
This was a physically well endowed but morally weak individual destined for GREAT purpose by the moist High.
He was able to rend a lion but could not fight his lusts. He could break his bonds, but not his habits were deep rooted strongholds of bondage. He could conquer Philistines but not his passions.
PHARAOHS (“Rameses”)…
Rameses II ordered the killing of the firstborn, when Moses was a babe.
He died and was replaced by another known as the Pharaoh of the Exodus. The one referred to as the pharaoh of the Oppression.
And truly the Israelites were thoroughly and mercilessly oppressed, in slavery for over 400 years they toiled and laboured for another from generation-to-generation.
HERODS… Herod the Great was the villain during the time of the baby Jesus, a wicked king who saw the Christ as a threat and wanted to murder him to truncate destiny.
A wicked schemer who made use of opportunities at will (He used the Roman laws to manipulate evens and the people of Israel) asserting and wielding ruthless power over the people all of the time.
JEZEBELS…
"When Jehu had come to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it: and she put paint on her eyes, and adorned her head, and looked through a window." (2 Kings 9:30-31) Jehu calls her the "accursed woman." (2 Kings 9:34) This name has become a synonym for all that is base and evil. This woman with the painted face, who made great men like ELIJAH shudder and even take to his heels.
A Phoenician who was nurtured in an atmosphere that was foul and filthy. The idol gods to whom she was introduced were gods of filth and lusts. They made no claim to make men good. Jezebel had as a marriage companion Ahab, King of Israel, a weakling in character and mind-set.
She twisted and turned him around her little finger at will luring him into idolatry, using her status as Queen to perpetrate great evil; hating everything that was godly she put to flight and pursued God's prophets, promoting evil prophets, shedding innocent blood and simply exuding deep fear in the hearts of everyone around her.
This spirit exists today and can be manifested in male and female alike!
AHABS … These are contributors to and decision makers in our lives who are weak in character, principles and decision making. Highly influenced and under the manipulative remote –controlling of other persons that they regard and esteem (often above GOD!)
Ahab, king of Israel, who half-heartedly was a follower of the Lord married to Jezebel. The biggest difference between Ahab and Jezebel was that while he was weak and wicked, she was strong and wicked. Jezebel dominated Ahab and turned him to her religion away from the God of his fathers instead of him turning her to serve Jehovah. How rare it is to find a man who will hold on his way when his wife does not support him and vice visa.
NABALS… Only God can deliver when this is your spouse/ life’s partner!
He was described as a fool, his name meant thus, married to Abigail, a beautiful woman of strength, courage, intelligence, integrity and wisdom.
She saved her whole household which her ‘foolish’ husband had put in harm’s way from total annihilation at the hands of King David
Nabal a Hebrew word, pictured in the Hebrew scriptures as corrupt, a doer of wicked deeds (Jer. 17:11; Ps. 14:1), uncharitable (Isa. 32:5-6), gluttonous (Prov. 30:21-22), and one who brings grief to his father (Prov. 17:21).
``A certain man in Maon, who had property there at Carmel, was very wealthy. He had a thousand goats and three thousand sheep, which he was shearing in Carmel. His name was Nabal and his wife's name was Abigail. She was an intelligent and beautiful woman, but her husband, a Calebite, was surly and mean in his dealings.''
CAINS… Cain was the first-born son of Adam and Eve, the first human child to be born in the Bible. Like his father Adam, he became a farmer and tilled the soil. The Bible doesn't tell us a lot about Cain, yet we discover in a few short verses that Cain had a serious anger management problem.
The Bible says that God was pleased with Abel’s sacrifice, but not with Cain's. This resulted in fierce manifestation of negative emotions from Cain; he grew angry, dejected and jealous. Soon his fierce anger led him to commit murder… the quickest way to disaster is to be ignorant, undiscerning and not identify these ‘derailers’ and ‘truncaters’ of destiny as we meet them or even have to live with them by biological or marital design.
A man’s foes shall be those of his own household
Cain had a choice but he did not listen to God’s goodly advice.
It is important in life to learn to take avice but not all advice is good but NO advice is also not advisable, TEST EVERY SPIRIT- sensible THEORY to abide by!
Using time timely is an important aspect of walking destiny’s path; take care of time because no time wasted can be regained.
