Transgression; Sin
John 6:40 and this is the will of him that sent me, that everyone which see the Son and believe on him, may have everlasting life and I will raise him up in the last day.
John 8:51 verily, verily I say unto you if a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.
John 8:23-24 ye are from beneath; I am from above; ye are of this world, I am not of this world. I said therefor unto you, that ye shall die in your sins; for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins.
A state of despair is a state of no hope. We give up hope so quickly because we have not pulled the hope of Jesus Christ into our bosoms. Disobedience is sin and sin causes us to be in danger with God, make us hopeless of the one hope we have which is in Christ Jesus, we are frantic, and possess no joy in our lives. We are so devoid and empty that we fine no joy in looking at ourselves in the mirror. Saints we are wrecking lives and causing havoc to run rampant in the land because of our ungodly ways.
Notice is served to us today we had better line up with the Word of God and embrace it like never before. Jesus is coming back again and we will not be ready to go back with him to Heaven. We lay up treasures for ourselves upon the earth that is going to corrupt or be stolen. It is in these treasures our heart is but we are supposed to be seeking God and His righteousness first if we expect to enter into the gates of New Jerusalem at that day. Otherwise we will be doomed in hell forever and will be destroyed with the disobedient angels. Because we disobey God we cause our own self to be detestable. Where are we in our list of priorities when it comes to our personal relationship with God? Even Jesus said in St. John 6:38 for I came down from heaven, not to so mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
Because our priorities are so messed up not only are we set to be doomed in hell; but without change in man’s life here in the earth we are doomed already. If change does not come in our lives; we despise ourselves and hate the very essence of who we are, we will commit suicide and think nothing of it. We damn ourselves. Even the merciful are blessed and obtain mercy. Then the meek is blessed and will inherit the earth. Jesus said we are to take his yoke upon us and learn of him for it is he that is meek and lowly and we are to follow by example. God spoke the Word and through the Holy Ghost sent us the perfect man in the flesh to teach us how we are to gain eternal life. When Jesus died his flesh went to the earth but His Spirit was again given to man to bring life to the dead, doomed, and damned. So who are we to put people in hell?
Jesus said in Matthew 22:37-40 that thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all; thy mind. This is the first and great Commandment. And the second is like unto it, thou shall love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. The prophets were before but now since John the Kingdom of God is preached and every man press into it; for it is easier for heaven and earth to pass than one tittle of the law to fail. After a man would have lived in the earth the Word will still stand. God has given us liberty and we are to walk therein. St, John 8:32 and ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free. We have taken advantage of the liberty God has given us as an occasion to sin. Whosoever commits sin is the servant of sin and we abide not in the house forever as the Son, for if the Son therefore shall make you free, then we are free indeed.
If we love God we will keep the Commandments of God. We will guard our hearts to let nothing in them that will take us away from God. With God love is a very strong word with a very strict life attached to it. Love for God will cause us to fall in place and lift up the standard of righteousness that God is. If we believe strong enough in God and His righteousness we will eventually get strong enough to stand in that liberty that has made us free. To love God is to obey, to obey God is to keep His Commandments, to keep His Commandments is to love Him; to love Him is to live the Gospel. God wants to make us perfect and entire. If we are faithful when the Lord comes and find us doing; blessed shall we be. We want to hear God say well done thy good and faithful servant; thou have been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things. He will then say enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.
Jesus is the resurrection and the life. He that believe in him, though he was dead, he shall yet live. Romans 2:7 to them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, eternal life. We have now been made free from sin and become servants to God. We now have our fruit unto holiness, and in the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Man has increased in vanity. For which of us know what is good for man in this life? All the days of this man is vain and he spends his life in the shadow, many times hiding from himself. Well we don’t have to hide anymore because we will now be wise. Who can tell what God will do in you if you come to him today? It is God that knows all things, the good, bad, and ugly of all of us. God has commanded that all men would repent everywhere. We know in part, and we prophesy in part, but now we see through a glass darkly; but then face to face, now I know in part. God wants to give us wisdom liberally.
We don’t have to wait, Salvation is here today. Fear God; to you is the word of this salvation sent. Be not high minded and began to think you are something you are not, cleanse yourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. Submit to one another in the fear of God. Let us change our conversation, be ready always to give an answer to every man that ask you a reason of hope that is in you with meekness and fear. You will be able to tell them how that you heard and believed the love that God has to us and for us. God is love and he that dwell in love dwell in God and God in him. Herein is our love made perfect that we may have boldness in the Day of Judgment because as he is so are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love cast out fear; because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love. We can have that perfect love today, come!
