Gospel
Matthew 18-9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out , and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
I guess many will wonder why i called this article 'waybill'. However, at times we come across obstacles in life, attached to us are marks that determine where we are heading. For the righteous, we have a mark of righteousness that separates us from the house of perdition.
One thing we have to know is that we also can mark ourselves otherwise when we maintain a few marks that link us to the wrong one. here understand me, all traits of wickedness and unbelief will surely be a mark for the ones going to hell. Thus, when we keep the beggarly elements of our bodies, we lose our mark of righteousness; that will identify us when Christ comes.
What he was saying made a lot of sense in respect of how we conduct our resources on earth. This may be trying to maintain an earthly 'healthy' life. We lose so much to this because some healthy lives translate to destruction.
When we focus our strengths on heavenly treasures, we ensure that what we need most is the part that gets us to heaven, not what we will have when we get to heaven. As a person, one has to know that no matter what you do to a seed, if you do not damage the core part, which germinates, you would not have killed it yet.
In fact, what we mean is that with God, we do not need more to be there, we need the seed, only! When we prune trees, we give space to the heart of it. Likewise, when we pluck out the parts of life that clog us, we ensure that our minds are set on the very useful things of life, in Jesus Christ's name, Amen!
