"While the Dew Is Still on the Roses"
Mary Magdalene and Mary went out very early in the morning to tend the needs of Jesus, whom they loved. The sun was only rising and the dew was still on the ground. Their hearts were heavy and they faced their work with great sadness.
In a few moments of time their burden was lifted and their faces had wonderment and awe upon them…they had realized the glory of the Resurrected Christ.
I wonder if a few moments each morning before Easter Sunday “while the dew is still on the roses”, if we could meet with the Resurrected Christ and experience the glory and wonder of that first Easter Morning?
Jesus is waiting for your visits, just as He waited for Mary Magdalene and Mary so many years ago. Don’t disappoint Him.
Father, Thank you for the Resurrection of Jesus.
Thank you that we as Christians don't have to find an empty tomb...He is not there...He is Risen.

Inspiring. Awesome. Classic - the title to the message. It's sheer poetry. Emily, great thought.
