Prophecy
If you falter in times of trouble, how small is your strength! (Proverbs 24:10)
The question is “How will you react in times of trouble?” Will it stand in the coming calamity that is about to come on this nation?
Our nation is teetering on destruction. And those in charge seem to have their own agenda. They act as if we have hordes of money out here, just waiting to give it to them.
Most of us are on the brink. The ruling class who have no need for a budget and live off the largess would not know this. However, the rest of us do. Yet, we are going the way of every democracy. Once the rulers realize they can use largess to their advantage, they will spend the nation into default and destroy it within.
Thus, there is a coming calamity that will remove both our economic and personal freedom to live, and to travel and to be free.
So, how is your faith holding up? Will it survive the coming calamity? The Bible tells us many will fall away in the last days. Many will lose their faith. Why? I believe many never had the faith to begin with. And most of us have never been challenged like this. We’ve had freedom to pray and to share and to seek the Lord.
But with the economic, moral and social changes about to be thrust on us, what will our response be. Will we stand or will we fall? Will we remain faithful or will we blame God? Will we seek His mercy and pray or will we run from Him and cower in some dark corner, ashamed of our response to the coming calamity?
We were asking these very questions in Sunday school this past week. What will we do when the really tough times come, because they are coming? Our leaders are making sure of this. They are at war with people, especially Christians.
We have not seen the devastation and the attack on our personal religious freedoms that the hate crimes bill will have on our faith. I believe, once fully implemented, we will see pastors silenced or hauled off to prison for teaching God’s Word.
It’s happening in Canada and elsewhere around the world. Remember, all this attack is about our faith. Those in charge do not share our beliefs, traditions or our God. They believe in government and man. Case in point, climate change. The world’s telling us we have two weeks to survive if we don’t hike everyone’s taxes and remove personal freedoms. Of course their freedoms won’t be removed.
Curbing carbon emissions has nothing to do with climate change. They once told us it caused global warming. Now, that it's been debunked and we're facing cooler temperatures, they now say it's about "climate change." The Bible is clear God controls the heavens, not taxes or human beings. So, we foolishly think we can tax people into oblivion and this will change the climate.
It’s laughable how foolish man has become. Of course their movement is not about climate change, but developing the coming one world government. That’s their goal and that’s what climate change is about.
So, if the rapture does not take place exactly when we think it will and we have to go through these tougher times, how will we react? Will we falter or will we stand? Will we cave in and renounce our faith or will we get through and allow God to inspire us and strengthen us so we might be the light and the example in a darkened world? Will we be willing to give up our lives for a cause greater than self? Will we be able to withstand the torture and the threats to our personal lives?
If you don’t think these things are coming, then you must read the last chapter in the Bible once again. The time of the Gentile is coming to an end. The Last Days may be upon us. The movement toward a one-world government is already on the fast track. The climate change bill in Copenhagen calls for such a government and when nations sign it, they will be obligated to it.
Solomon writes, “Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of the wicked, for the evil man has no future hope, and the lamp of the wicked will be snuffed out” (Prov. 24:19-21).
We know the future. We know Christ. We know He will win out. One day, soon, He will return for His bride. He will not be defeated. He will triumph over evil and those who plan their evil ways and do not repent of them will be held accountable.
But for now, we must prepare our hearts to choose. When we stand before evil and we are charged with being a hater or a Christian, what will we do? Will we stand or will we capitulate? Will we put our Lord ahead of our personal freedom and life or will we cave to the desires of this New World Order.
It’s not my desire to be political and this is not about politics. It’s about the way it is and what’s to come. And what’s to come will be something Americans have never had to face. The rest of the world has, but not Americans on this soil.
What was the answer we came up with in Sunday school, when we asked what we would do? Most of us said, we’re not sure, especially if our faith caused us to face severe torture. We’ve never had to face this. You know, it’s easy to proclaim one’s faith if people are free to proclaim it. It’s another thing to proclaim one’s faith at the end of a gun barrel or a dentist’s drill without Novocain, such as the Germans used to get people to talk.
Well, this question must be answered. Will we be among those who fall away or will we be faithful to the end, keeping our eyes on Christ and our mind our heaven? Only time will tell. But I’m sure of this, if we remain alive, at some point we will have to make a choice. I pray God strengthens each of us so we may stand in the time of trouble and our faith not falter.
God Bless…
