Well, color me completely shocked!

Thanks, judges, and thanks to all who left comments on my Shakespeare spoof. It was fun to write, and I'm very surprised and honored.

Congratulations all. I was totally surprised and excited to have slid up from #37. You never know! I knew Jan's "Yorick" was great and I was thrilled to see my buddy, Dee, with her wonderful mystery in EC.

Congratulations, all. I have to admit I had forgotten it was Thursday morning and time for the winners list. I read a congratulatory post in another thread which jarred my memory.

Anyway, enjoy your special day, winners!

I slide into a corner, in awe of the talent represented by these entries. There is no shame for me in not placing because the ones who did place are FAR more deserving. Congratulations all!

And special congrats to the five who placed without being in Masters... you did a super job.

Jan, should you plan a Master Class on how you think? It must be an amazing process.
I had something really memorable to write here but I forgot what it was.

Congratulations Jan, Cleo, Steve, and all the rest!

I'm deeply grateful (and more than a little amazed) to find my name on one of the lists this week!
