Article Critiques Exlcusive for 500 Members

I have a couple questions about the article critiques. Do I do this by the critique circle button on our regular login, or is there something else I don't know about only for 500 members? What if you don't feel qualified to critique someone else's work? I have never done it before, and the thought of it makes me nervous. LOL. I am not even nervous about someone else critiquing my work.
