Thanks for the great Website. It's fast becoming my favorite place on the Web.
As far as the challenge is concerned, I believe I am supposed to move up one level, since I got first place in level 1. However I had also just submitted my article on level 1 for the new challenge, since I did not know I was going to be first. I think I read somewhere this would not be a problem, but I would like to make sure I submitted my article properly.
Thanks for the encouragement and faith building critiques. It's really great.

This is not at all a problem--it happens quite frequently, and for the exact reasons you mentioned. Just move up to Level 2 next time. Congratulations on moving up!

Congratulations on winning first place!

Congratulations on your win. Don't worry about the next entry, it happens all the time, as Jan said, because your next entry always goes in before the winners are announced. For the same reason you may well win two weeks in a row; taking first place in the same level twice. Again, it happens and not to worry.
