So exciting! Hopefully more enter, what a great opportunity!
She asked me to explain why the sun rose in the morning and set at night.
I tried to explain that the idea of the sun setting and rising was just an illusion.
The sun never really rises or sets, but that it keeps shining brightly all day long.

Good on you all!

Actually, I've been sending PMs to the Platinum 500 members over the last few days (loads more to go, and probably won't manage everyone) just to make sure they are aware that this contest is JUST FOR THEM. It's too good an opportunity to let slip by. (Thanks for grabbing the pom-poms, Lynn.) Amazingly, some people had no idea there was such a contest. So the reminder may prompt a few more people to submit. They have nothing to lose.

Thankfully, we have just had another entry submitted, so I do think we will hit the 15 mark, but I actually think we will go past that. Like the Challenge, I think people tend to leave it to the last minute to submit.

Now remember everyone, you should get an email confirming your entry has been received within 24 hours of submission. If you don't, PLEASE check with me. There are occasional glitches in the system.

(Also, I will mention the first name(s) of the latest authors who have submitted when I update the tally, so you can check there, too.)

For all other non-fiction writing members, if you are thinking of upgrading to Platinum, this is the time to do it. It's a long wait until the next non-fiction Page Turner.

For those who don't know about the Page Turner, here's the link:

One other thing, although I will be publishing the first place winner (provided we do get that minimum 15 entries); however, I am also on the lookout for other manuscripts with potential. So even if you don't win, you could be noticed. So that's another good reason to enter.
