Problem with sign up

Post by TNrogue »

I was already a member, username is rogue1218, and just followed the link to upgrade to Platinum. After arranging the monthly payment through PayPal, I followed the link to return to FW and was asked to start a new account for my new membership. My original account is still not showing any upgrade.

I didn't want a new account. I just wanted an upgrade.
