Focus of the Ministry
This ministry depends upon “every word that proceeds from the mouth of God” (Matthew 4:4), for discernment, practical direction, counseling wisdom, and spiritual authority for the process of counseling.
The use of the Scriptures are the basis for counseling because they are profitable for instruction, teaching, and guidance (Psalm 32:8); “…for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness” (II Timothy 3:16).
Evidently, the counselor relies on the Holy Spirit to deal with each counselee however he wills, and to allow that person to respond in freedom, and integrity to God and His Word.
Objectives
• The aim of Strengthening Relationships ministries is to counsel, encourage, and restore faith into the lives of hurting people;
• To focus on God’s purpose for the ministries;
• To help the emotionally, and spiritually, wounded;
• To disciple those who need to find their way back to a wholesome and stable life.
The activity of the Ministries will include Services in the following areas:
1. Professional counseling
2. Mediation
3. Dispute Resolution Consulting
4. Training in Dispute Resolution
Dr. Stuart is a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, Teacher, and Conflict Management Consultant. She earned her Ph.D. in Christian Counseling Psychology, and a Doctorate in Conflict Management.
Her experience includes, Training in Christian Development, and Conflict Resolution. She has held several Workshops and Seminars in Boston, Providence, Georgia, and New Jersey covering themes such as Domestic Violence, Workplace Conflict Resolution, Emotional Stability, and the Establishment of Positive Interpersonal Relationships.
In Addition, Dr. Stuart has conducted Group Seminars to Divorced and Separated Women, sharing their experiences around Marital Conflict and Emotional Healing.
She is affiliated with the Agape Counselor Training Institute, Georgia, National Christian Counselors Association [NCCA], American Association of Christian Counselors [AACC], Georgia Christian Counselors Association [GCCA], and the Association for Conflict Resolution [ACRGA], Georgia Chapter.
