Nicki Jeffery grew up on a sheep and wheat farm in central New South Wales, Australia. Author of "Faith-based Travels: A Devotional Guidebook for the Faith-filled Traveller", she now lives with her husband, Nathan, and two sons, in Coffs Harbour.
Ever since Nicki was in primary/ elementary school, she knew she wanted to be an author and a teacher when she grew up. Nicki studied a Bachelor of Education (Primary), and taught for three years full time in the Riverina, New South Wales.
Following this time, she and one of her three sisters, Michelle, headed overseas on 12 month Working Holiday Visas to Canada. Their journeys were the beginnings of "Faith-based Travels". Nicki also studied a Discipleship Training School with YWAM (Youth With A Mission), including seven weeks in South Africa on outreach.
Nicki married her prince charming, had two sons and now enjoys being a stay-at-home-Mum, casual teacher and writer.
