Welcome brothers and sisters in Christ!

My name is Michelle Sabrosky, I am a stay at home mom with three wonderful children (Cheyla 5 1/2, Michael almost 3 and Joshua 6 weeks), and two step children (Troy 17 and Scott 15).

I have two passions in this world, the first is our Lord Jesus, the second is writing about Him.

I love to write songs of praise and worship, I would love to have the songs I write, bring not only glory to God, but the lost to Christ! It is so amazing how there are an infinite number of ways to write about God's love, devotion and sacrifice, and I feel so blessed that I can share the gift the Lord has given me with believers and nonbeliever alike.

Blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence~ Jeremiah 17:7

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • This is the first song I wrote, that has ever been used. We used it in 2005 for our Children's Ministry's Easter play "Hannah's Hidden Hope". It was about the daughter of a Pharasee, who wants to believe Christ is her Messiah, but is struggling with what she has seen and what her father has told her.

    "Hannah's Song"
So much has happened since that day
Should I turn from my father’s ways?

What if I’m wrong? ~Begin song
    What if they’re right?
What if I was face to face with the Christ?

    (But…)
I can’t see how a Man poorer than me
Could claim to be (my) King
(How could) a Carpenter, who was nailed to a cross
Couldn’t save Himself, yet claimed to save the lost
Can the Messiah, the Word made (into) flesh
Die like a thief? Die like the rest?

    I know what I saw
    But…
I can believe the Scriptures, and I know what they say
I believe it rained for forty nights and (forty) days
I believe in Manna from the sky
Enoch and Elijah, they never died
I (can) believe in so many things
So why can’t I (just) believe in Him?

I want to believe like the kids I know
I want to see that there is proof to show
    What’s the truth and what’s a lie
Did He really raise after he died?
    (Lord), help me see
    Help me believe

  • This is the very first of any of my writings to be used. This was used as part of our Children's Ministry Christmas performance in 2004.
    The Christmas Baby

This is a story of a Baby named Jesus
He was sent here from heaven just to save us
    Born of a virgin mother
This Baby was like no other

    To Bethlehem, His parents went
For a census and taxes, the trip was meant
The town was full, with families from around
And Mary felt something from her little mound

Joseph looked for a place for the little Baby’s birth
But nobody knew how much this Baby was worth
They were told there was no room
But the Baby was ready to leave its womb

Joseph did the best that he could do
That is when he heard the cow go moo
So the daddy to be took his young bride
To a place he had found with animals inside

In a manger the Baby was born
    That very first Christmas morn
The little Baby Boy tiny and new
Came into this world just like me and you

This Baby was to be King
Upon His birth ALL the angels did sing
The Word had been made Flesh
God did His part, man must do the rest

    This Baby called Jesus
    Who walked among us
Was the first Christmas gift given to you and to me
So we could live with Him in heaven for eternity

    He was perfect, without sin
And came to cleanse all who let Him in
As we see in John 3:16 the meaning of Christmas is right
For God so loved the world that He gave His Son on that glorious night

For God so loved the world, that He sent His one and only Son, that who so ever believe in Him shall not Parish but have everlasting life- John 3:16
