This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice in it. I like the many choices I have in this day. God has blessed me with a lot of children, saved familiy and friends, and talent (now that they're grown) that I'm just discovering. Reading and writing have always been favorite activites. But I feel as though I'm being allowed to walk in a dream every time I see what God has allowed to come from my fingertips.
I live in beautiful Bellingham, Washington, with my children close by. I'm surrounded by water, mountains, and many good folks. During the day, I'm a Group Life counselor, working with a teenage population addicted to drugs. Through my own past addictions, God has shown in a mighty way there is nothing or no one that He cannot heal. Wholeness in Him is His will through Jesus Christ.

Several years ago, I wrote my testimony, MEET ME AT THE CROSS, ONE WOMAN'S TESTIMONY. There were many errors of grammer, but it was used in a humbling way in jails and churches throughout Mississippi, and in our street ministry here.
Currently I am finishing a book called, LORD, TAKE ME BACK: MENE'S STORY. Mene is a girl who has so much talent, a Christian upbring, and as so many of our talented children follows the wide road. This is about her hell, and how she get's back to where God intended. The people who help her have their own stuff too, and are able to give so she can get. It's suspensful and powerful.
One of my articles has been highlighted here 'ESTHER, My View on Her Today.' Another article 'Fighting Fear and Depression with Praise,' has been picked up by the magazine, Just Between Us, a magazine for women with a heart for ministry.
Coming soon, another book called, THE JOURNEY; insites into the life of a girl on Methanphetamine.

MY NEWS
My News? And want to's: I'll be 61 this year. I feel GOOD!! I want to go kyaking before I'm 62. I want to ride one of those three wheel bikes up sand dunes before the Lord calls me home, or fly high off the back of a boat over clear blue water (like at the beginning of Jurrasik Park). Oh yeh, maybe I'll learn to swim before then too, maybe not. I want to live my life in the joy of the Lord, and sing for the rest of my life beautiful hymns of praise; I want to spread His Word verbally, and through my writing, but most of all I want His joy to show through my life daily.
