“My fine and mighty powers.”
“Yet, unlike us,” declared the clouds,
“You cannot carry showers.”
“Nor able are you,” said the sun,
“To bring forth morning light,
And neither can you, like the moon,
Dispel the dark of night.”
“For all your bragging,” smiled the rose,
“You’ve no scent of your own.
You borrow others’ fragrances
From places where you’ve blown.”
“I’ve seen your sting,” declared the bee,
“When skies were far from sunny,
But skills you have do not include
Producing any honey.”
“At times you’ve almost knocked me down,”
Announced a slender tree,
“But I’ve sprung back and stood in place
By my agility.”
“In storms you may cause us to roil,”
Waves whispered from the ocean,
“But yet we still, when you're not near,
Stay constantly in motion.”
The wind took heed of all he heard,
Deciding that he‘d be
An entity in nature’s world
Known for humility.

This is one of my favorites, so I'm going to save it.
I like the nature personifications. It gives it the aire of a fable.
